10% Deposit Scheme

Scheme Objective: The primary goal of this program is to support individuals who, despite meeting the eligibility criteria for a home loan, lack the necessary funds to cover the mandatory 10% down payment upon the promise of sale agreement. In this arrangement, while the applicant is responsible for repaying this personal loan, the Housing Authority will assume the responsibility of financing the accrued interest on this loan throughout its duration.

In this collaborative effort, the bank is committed to helping the applicant secure their own primary residence. The bank is prepared to extend loans that not only encompass the deposit required during the promise of sale but also cover the remaining cost of the property in its entirety.
